Who Is Weaven Steven?
With hair designs featured in over 100 magazines and newspapers worldwide, it's no wonder the definition of celebrity hair designing is Steven Noss. "Weaven Steven" coined and earned his name by making his mark as one of the foremost fantasy hair designers in the circuit. Winning clients and drawing attention from around the globe, the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native electrifies audiences with his zany antics, charisma, and passion for out-of-this-world hair.
As a Hair Wars veteran, Steven devoted six years to shows in Detroit before hitting its U.S. stage tour in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Baltimore, and New York City's Apollo Theater. During his travels, Steven exploded onto the celebrity hair scene when he gained national and international notoriety on the Ricki Lake Show for creating the world's only "flying" fantasy hair piece, the Hairy-coptor, which received Ricki's Golden Weave Award.
The television success didn't stop there. His appearances also included styling for episodes of German television show Taft, America's Next Top Model, and The Tyra Show. Steven even made hair history again by sending his fantasy hair creation down the Soul Train line.
Later on, his hysterical and risqué antics as the tricked out, loud-mouthed stylist on an episode of the Esquire Network's Split Ends earned the series an Emmy nomination thanks to Steven's unforgettable signature red, white, and blue fantasy hair piece for Johnny Cash's sister, Joanne. His success continued to steamroll when AmPro selected Steven to represent the company as its fantasy hair celebrity stylist. Once again, Steven’s resume skyrocketed when the hair designer created looks for celebrity clientele, such as Toccara Jones, Kut Klose, Fans of Jimmy Century, Toya Wright, and Lady Gaga.
